3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS PACKAGE  (USD700)

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Pick-up service at Singapore Changi Airport or any hotel in Singapore, or

• Pick-up service at Malaysia Senai  Airport (Sultan Ismail international Airport)

• 3 days 2 nights stay at Johor Bahru Hotel (Standard room, 4-5 Star)

• 1 day city tour.

• Comprehensive Dental Check-up

  • Facial Esthetic Evaluation, Profile and Proportions

  • Temporo-madibular joint (jaw joint) evaluation

  • Soft tissues/gum/mucosal screening

  • Occlusion/bite evolution

  • Periodontal/gum pocket charting

  • Caries risk assessment

  • Complete charting of milk teeth/adult teeth

  • Attrition evaluation

  • Saliva pH test

  • Esthetic evaluation: Size, shape, position of the teeth in relation to facial characteristics

• 1 Full mouth radiograph (Dental panoramic radiograph, DPT)

• 1 set of Models (upper and lower)

• Comprehensive treatment plan and treatment options/alternatives

• Scaling and air polishing

• 1 Tooth Coloured Filling, if any

• 1 session (1 hour) Tooth Whitening/Bleaching- Beyond or Zoom System.  

• 1 set of take home maintenance kit ( containing 1 upper  and  1 lower transparent trays + 3 syringes of home-use whitening gel)

*Any unused portion of the package cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES/SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE COST)

IMPLANT with or without BONE GRAFT or SINUS LIFT, MINI-IMPLANT, CROWN, BRIDGE, DENTURE, VENEER, and WISDOM TOOTH REMOVAL.

*Due to the nature of the bone and the condition of the teeth, we cannot guarantee that an implant surgery or dental crown/veneer/bridge can be finished within the period of your stay. You will be notified during our treatment planning discussion with you. Implant with major bone graft may take 4-6 months (at least 2 tourism visits of 3-5 days duration each) to be completed. Other restorations (dental crown/veneer/bridge etc) can normally be completed within 1 tourism visit (minimal 2 visits to the clinic in 3-5days). Please choose a package that suit your needs.
